I just came here to re-print this recipe for my binder as it is a staple in our family for a few years now. Easy to throw together, sometimes I throw in some shredded carrot too. It’s always a winner!
Going to check out what else I should add to my selection.

In reply to Deryn Macey. This is a delicious recipe (I don't really usually like veggie burgers) but I would agree. I followed the recipe exactly and they fell apart as well. Trying to think of some kind of binder to better hold it together but the taste is wonderful!
